Anglia Vehicle Installations was established in October 2022, following many years of hands-on experience in the automotive and vehicle electrical industry.

My career began as an apprentice vehicle technician at Spruce Howlett Ford in Norwich. After qualifying, I moved to Roys Motor Co Toyota, where I became increasingly involved in vehicle accessories and the installation of car alarms and tow bars on new vehicles. I quickly discovered that I particularly enjoyed the electrical and accessory side of the automotive industry.

I then moved to CommTech, where I specialised in fitting car phones and alarm systems, further developing my skills in vehicle electronics and installations.

After this, I spent six years at Lotus Engineering, working within engine test facilities. This role provided extensive experience in both electrical and mechanical systems, as well as working in a highly technical engineering environment.

I later moved into the Lotus Vehicle Electrical department, where I was involved in hydrogen and electric vehicle conversions, along with vehicle harness building for specialist & prototype vehicles. This gave me valuable experience working with complex vehicle electrical systems and emerging vehicle technologies.

With this combination of automotive, electrical and engineering experience, I decided to establish Anglia Vehicle Installations in October 2004. The company was built around my passion for practical, high-quality vehicle electrical and accessory installations, with a focus on providing a professional and reliable service.
